Clarity – Stability – Direction

With Act Three of my career now unfolding, I feel a responsibility to invest my remaining years in the work that matters most. This season is about offering the wisdom, clarity, and presence I’ve gained along the way. As of January 1, 2026, new clients will join me in this refined structure, designed to reflect that focus. This Personal Intensive flows out of the Marriage Intensive Program that my partner Hollis MacLean Wenzel and I have been offering for over 15 years.

What is a Personal Growth and Clarity Intensive?
A personal intensive is a concentrated time set aside for deep, focused work on your life, relationships, or personal growth. Instead of spreading counseling over weeks or months, an intensive gives you the space to step away from daily distractions and make meaningful progress in a shorter amount of time. Together, we will clarify your goals, explore the patterns that hold you back, and build practical tools for moving forward. Clients report increased clarity, stability and renewed sense of direction.

Counseling Philosophy and Structure
I view counseling as a collaborative journey between client and counselor. Together, we will explore areas such as problem clarification, personality traits, relational dynamics, life experiences, and future aspirations. My approach is to foster fresh perspectives and practical changes, drawing on techniques and theories best suited to your unique situation. My role is to guide and adapt throughout the process, responding to your evolving needs rather than limiting our work to a single counseling style.
